Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for all Golden Goose Slides products. Items must be returned in their original condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
Important Note:
The 30-day return period begins from the delivery date, not the purchase date. Please keep your tracking information and delivery confirmation for your records.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- All original tags and labels must be attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Include all accessories and dust bags (if applicable)
- Items must be free from odors, stains, or damage
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Items that have been worn outdoors
- Items with visible wear, damage, or alterations
- Items missing original packaging or tags
- Gift cards and promotional items
How to Return Items
Returning your Golden Goose Slides is simple and straightforward:
Step 1: Contact Customer Service
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return authorization number and prepaid shipping label.
Step 2: Package Your Items
Securely package your items in their original packaging. Include the return authorization number and original receipt or order confirmation.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Attach the prepaid shipping label we provide and drop off your package at any authorized shipping location. You'll receive tracking information to monitor your return.
Return Shipping:
We provide free return shipping labels for all domestic returns within the United States. International return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we'll process your refund according to the following timeline:
Processing Time
- Inspection: 2-3 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after approval
- Bank Processing: 5-10 business days (varies by financial institution)
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
- PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
- Bank transfers: 5-7 business days
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item sent).
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred item.
Size Exchange Tip:
To ensure you get the right size quickly, we recommend placing your new order first, then returning the incorrect size. This way, you won't have to wait for the refund to process.
Damaged or Defective Items

- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
- Description of the issue
We'll arrange for immediate replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs. In cases of manufacturing defects, we may also provide additional compensation for your inconvenience.
International Returns
International customers can return items within 30 days of delivery. Please note:
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes
- We recommend using trackable shipping methods
- Processing times may be extended due to customs clearance
